Turns out they will help you, they will lure you in with what seems like great coverage, and then they will let you know on a Friday afternoon that they actually just wasted after a week of finally feeling at peace. Super disappointed to say at the least in this agency and making the home-buying process more challenging than it already is. If you live in the Reno area, I would advise independent brokers to handle your homes."
